We collect the personal data you provide via the contact request form, such as your name, email address, phone number, reason for seeking services and data related to insurance and method of payment.

2. How We Use Data
We use your data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Providing requested services.

  • Responding to inquiries.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with employee service providers who directly conduct psychotherapy services and administrative staff who assist with scheduling new client appoinntments provided they keep data secure. All employees complete HIPAA-compliance training.

4. Data Security (Colorado Compliance)
We implement reasonable security procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, in compliance with Colorado law.

5. Data Breach Notification (Colorado Compliance)
If a security breach occurs and personal information is exposed, we will investigate and, if required, notify affected Colorado residents and the Colorado Attorney General within 30 days of discovery.

6. Federal Compliance (e.g., Children's Privacy)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, adhering to the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
