Selecting your therapist* below will route you to the client portal.



Your portal is the access point to teletherapy for most of our therapists. If your therapist uses Google Meet, you'll receive an invitation via email with a link rather than joining from the portal.

Updating Credit Cards

Credit cards can't be edited in the portal- only added. If card info changes, please add the card with the updated information and submit a request for the old card to be removed. 

1. Log in to the portal and click "My Profile"

2. Scroll to credit cards and click "+"

3. Enter the card information and click Add

3. Click the star to select the default card.

You can change the default as often as you'd like. Changing the default card impacts which card is charged after sessions. 

Cards are processed after sessions- within one week and usually sooner. Please let your therapist know if you have questions about how this works or you can email

Remove Card on File

It's not possible at this time to delete a card directly from the portal, however we've been told this feature may be added. 

For now, please use the request form below to let us know which card should be removed and we will take care of that for you. 

Portal Troubleshooting

If you're logged out of the portal repeatedly (for example, while completing paperwork), this is usually caused by having more than one portal window open at once. Please ensure you are logged in from only one window, including checking for any minimized windows or browsers. 


If this doesn't fix the issue, clearing cookies for the site usually resolves it.

Missing Invitation

I can't find my portal invitation. Where should I look?

Sometimes it's routed to the promotions or spam folder. Please keep in mind the sender is rather than Four Points. If you're unable to locate it, please email us at and we'll resend the link.
