Client Portal
We're grateful you've chosen Four Points for your mental health care.
Selecting your therapist* below will route you to the client portal.
Teletherapy
Your portal is the access point to teletherapy for most of our therapists. If your therapist uses Google Meet, you'll receive an invitation via email with a link rather than joining from the portal.
* If you click an incorrect link, you'll get to the right place when you log in.

Tips for Using The Portal
TherapyAppointment.com
Credit Cards: Add or Update
Existing credit cards are unable to be edited within the portal. If your card info changes, please add the card anew to your account and submit a request for the old card to be removed.
1. Log in to the portal and click My Profile.
Scroll to Credit Cards and click the plus sign.

2. Enter your card information and click Add.
Click the star to change the default card, which is the card charged after sessions. (Session charges are typically run within one week.)

Missing Portal Invitation
I can't find my portal invitation. Where should I look?
It may be located in the promotions or spam folder. Please keep in mind the sender is TherapyAppointment.com rather than Four Points. If you're unable to locate it, please email portal@fourpointscc.com and we'll resend the link.
Please also note that if you're scheduled for a consultation, you won't have received a portal invitation yet. If you decide to proceed with scheduling an intake assessment, a portal registration link will be sent to you.
Electronic Paperwork
Intake documents and other forms can be found under My Docs & Forms.
Portal Troubleshooting
If you're logged out of the portal repeatedly, this is usually caused by having more than one portal window open at once. Please ensure you are logged in from only one window and that there are no minimized windows where TherapyAppointment is open. If this doesn't fix the issue, please try clearing your cache/cookies.
If the issue persists, please email portal@fourpointscc.com.
