Your portal is the access point to teletherapy for most of our therapists. If your therapist uses Google Meet, you'll receive an invitation via email with a link rather than joining from the portal.
* If you click an incorrect link, you'll get to the right place when you log in.
Tips for Using the Client Portal
Updating Credit Cards
Credit cards can't be edited in the portal- only added. If your info changes, please add the card with the updated information and submit a request for the old card to be removed.
1. Log in to the portal and click My Profile, the scroll to the credit cards section and click the plus sign.
2. Enter the card information and click Add. Clicking the star changes the default card, which impacts which card is charged after sessions.
Cards are processed after sessions- typically within one week. Please let your therapist know if you have questions about this or email email@example.com.
Remove Card on File
Please use the request form below and we will remove your card promptly.
If you're logged out of the portal repeatedly, it's usually caused by more than one portal window open at once. Please ensure you are logged in from only one window, including checking any minimized windows or browsers. If this doesn't fix the issue, clearing cookies for the site usually resolves it.

I can't find my portal invitation. Where should I look?
Sometimes it's routed to promotions or spam. Please keep in mind the sender is TherapyAppointment.com rather than Four Points. If you're unable to locate it, please email email@example.com and we'll resend the link.
