Benefits and Claims Management

Please know benefit verification and payment information is an estimate only, which is provided as a courtesy to our clients. It's possible a discrepancy may exist between the information obtained and the client's actual coverage and payment responsibility. Four Points Counseling Center always encourages clients to independently verify coverage by contacting their insurance company directly.

Benefits Verification

During the initial call to schedule an intake appointment, we will collect insurance information. Before your first session, we verify benefits and let you know what to expect regarding payment so you won't have any surprises.

Claims Submission

Claims are submitted electronically and our administrative team manages nearly all insurance matters behind the scenes, while keeping you apprised whenever possible of important changes that impact session fees, such as a deductible resetting. 

Client Responsibility

Our usual practice is to accept credit card payments but we're able to accept cash and checks for in person clients. For those exclusively receiving teletherapy services, credit card is the only available method of payment.
