Alternatives to Insurance

Self-pay rates for clients with out-of-network insurance plans or for those preferring to pay privately are available.

 

Sliding scale rates are offered based on therapist availability.

Out of Network: If we aren't able to bill your insurance company directly, we will provide a superbill which can be filed with your carrier.

Benefits & Claims

Benefit information and payment responsibility is provided as a courtesy and intended to serve as an estimate only. A discrepancy may exist between information obtained and your actual coverage and payment responsibility. Four Points Counseling Center always encourages clients to verify coverage by contacting your insurance company directly.

Benefits Verification

During scheduling, our team collects insurance information in order to verify benefits. Before the intake appointment, coverage and payment information is shared via the client portal.  

Claims Submission

Four Points manages claims processes and keeps you apprised whenever possible of changes that impact session fees, such as when your deductible resets or you reach your out of pocket maximum. 

Payment Responsibility

The majority of client payments are made via credit card, however payment can be made by cash or check for in person appointments. For those attending teletherapy exclusively, credit card is the only available method of payment.
