Four Points is an entirely therapist-operated practice. We pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive to the needs of Four Points clients including those that lie outside the bounds of the therapy session, such as insurance and billing matters.

Benefits Verification

During the scheduling process, we collect insurance information in order to verify benefits. Before the intake appointment, benefit and payment information is shared with you via the client portal so you know what to expect before your first session.  Occasionally, if an appointment is booked with a quick turnaround, we may be unable to provide this information before the appointment occurs, but we share this at the time of scheduling if it applies to you. 

Claims Submission

Claims are submitted electronically and our administrative team manages nearly all insurance matters behind the scenes, while keeping you apprised whenever possible of important changes that impact session fees, such as a deductible resetting. 

Client Responsibility

Our usual practice is to accept credit card payments but we're able to accept cash and checks for in person clients. For those exclusively receiving teletherapy services, credit card is the only available method of payment.
