Summary
Therapists provide regular psychotherapy to clients experiencing a variety of difficulties, working with clients based on preference and skillset. The therapist is part of a community of professionals who connect, collaborate and support each other in their daily work. Opportunities for professional development through diverse training experiences are available to all Four Points therapists. ​​
Compensation
Guaranteed fee-for-service compensation for client sessions.​
Workplace: In office or hybrid
Flexible schedule - set your own working hours. This position can be in the office full time or work a hybrid schedule. We support all therapists to work remotely as needed due to weather, illness, family needs, or other matters.

Core responsibilities: Direct practice
Minimum 25 client sessions per week.

Assess, diagnose and conduct therapy sessions with a caseload of clients based on the therapist's preferred populations.

Schedule therapy appointments. Intake sessions are scheduled by admin staff and therapists schedule ongoing sessions according to their desired schedule.

Complete documentation, e.g. progress notes, for sessions.

Maintain active Colorado professional license.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical practice, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues and others.
Qualifications

Active Colorado professional license, must be licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related.​​

Experience in assessment and diagnosis.
