Four Points is a therapist-operated practice emphasizing clinician wellbeing and a thoughtful, intentional focus on a client's entire therapy experience. We’re passionate about creating pathways for therapists to embrace what drives and motivates them and recognize that this looks different for different therapists. Applicants should be fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT.

Compensation: Fee for service, rates vary based on level of experience. ​​

• Full time W2 position.

• In office with flexibility for remote work.

• Dedicated office space, no office sharing.

• Set your own schedule.

Core responsibilities

• 25 client sessions per week.

• Conduct initial client assessments and assign diagnoses.

• Schedule ongoing sessions after client intake.

• Complete clinical documentation.

Expectations

• Ability to practice with skill within one's scope.

• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.

• Communicate with courtesy and professionalism.

• Adhere to applicable regulatory standards such as HIPAA.

• Maintain an active professional license or provisional license.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
