Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position available for either the Fort Collins or Loveland location.

Four Points is a therapist-operated practice emphasizing clinician wellbeing and a thoughtful, intentional focus on a client's entire therapy experience. We’re passionate about creating pathways for therapists to embrace what drives and motivates them and recognize that this looks different for different therapists. We offer a supportive space to practice with autonomy, creativity, and a sense of belonging and a culture characterized by openness and inclusivity.

Applicants should be fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT.

Compensation: Fee for service, rates vary based on level of experience. â€‹â€‹

  • Full time W2 position.

  • In office with flexibility for remote work.

  • Dedicated office space, no office sharing.

  • Set your own schedule.

  • Emphasis on work/life balance with minimal administrative time.

  • Work with your preferred populations.

  • Professional development opportunities and weekly consultation groups.

Core responsibilities

  • 25 client sessions per week.

  • Conduct initial client assessments and assign diagnoses.

  • Schedule ongoing sessions after client intake.

  • Complete clinical documentation.

 

Expectations

  • Ability to practice with skill within one's scope.

  • Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Communicate with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Adhere to applicable regulatory standards such as HIPAA.

  • Maintain an active professional license or provisional license.

 

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

  • Master's degree in mental health or related field.
