Four Points is a therapist-operated practice emphasizing clinician wellbeing and a thoughtful, intentional focus on a client's entire therapy experience. We’re passionate about creating pathways for therapists to embrace what drives and motivates them and recognize that this looks different for different therapists. Candidates are provided with weekly clinical supervision by an experienced therapist, as well as multiple professional development opportunities.

Applicants should be provisionally licensed as an LPCC, LSW or SWC.

Compensation: Fee for service, rates vary based on experience. ​​

• Full time W2 position.

• In office with flexibility for remote work.

• Dedicated office space, no office sharing.

Core responsibilities

• 25 client sessions per week.

• Conduct initial client assessments and assign diagnoses.

• Schedule ongoing sessions after client intake.

• Complete clinical documentation.

• Attend clinical supervision and participate in other candidate activities.

Expectations​

• Ability to provide therapy services with a foundational level of skill. 

• Professionalism in client and colleague interactions. 

• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.

• Communication characterized by courtesy and professionalism.

• Maintain an active provisional license.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado provisional license: LPCC, SWC, or LSW

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
