Summary
As a clinical supervisor, a key role is played in facilitating the growth and professional development of new therapists. This position combines direct clinical practice with supervision of 2-3 licensure candidates. Opportunities for professional development through diverse training experiences are available to all Four Points therapists.

Compensation

Direct practice: Guaranteed fee-for-service compensation for client sessions.

Supervision and documentation review: Rate of compensation varies, with potential for increased compensation based on tenure. Supervisors are compensated for time reviewing notes.​
Workplace: In office or hybrid
Flexible schedule - set your own working hours. This position can be in the office full time or work a hybrid schedule. We support all therapists to work remotely as needed due to weather, illness, family needs, or other matters.

Core responsibilities: Direct practice
Approx 18-20 client sessions per week, flexible based on volume of supervision and therapist preference.

Conduct therapy sessions with a caseload based on preferred populations.

Schedule therapy appointments. Intake sessions are scheduled by admin staff and therapists schedule ongoing sessions according to their desired schedule.

Complete documentation, e.g. progress notes, for sessions.

Maintain active Colorado professional license.
Core responsibilities: Clinical supervision and related
Approx 4-7 hours per week including documentation review.

Conduct individual clinical supervision.

Support the professional needs of supervisees including mentorship in documentation, ethics, and best practices.

Maintain working knowledge of clients treated by supervisees

Review and sign supervisee documentation.

Possess the knowledge, judgment and skill for competent practice in clinical supervision as well as therapy services.

Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Qualifications

Active Colorado professional license, must be licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related.

Minimum 3 years post graduate experience or 3,000 hours in accordance with CO regulations.
