Four Points strives to maintain a robust and comprehensive training program for licensure candidates. Clinical supervisors play a critical role in fostering the development of new clinicians by empowering candidates to grow and refine their skills within a group practice setting.

Applicants should have experience providing clinical supervision to licensure candidates in a group setting or similar. 

​

Compensation: Fee for service compensation for therapy services plus compensation for supervision and documentation review. Compensation rates vary based on level of experience.

Core responsibilities

• 22 client sessions per week, variable based on supervision hours. 

• Clinical supervision of up to 3 licensure candidates including documentation review. 

• Conduct initial client assessments and assign diagnoses.

• Schedule ongoing sessions after client intake.

• Complete clinical documentation.

Expectations

• Ability to practice with skill within one's scope.

• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide professional and clinical mentorship and guidance.

• Communicate with courtesy and professionalism.

• Adhere to applicable regulatory standards such as HIPAA.

• Maintain an active professional license or provisional license.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

• Master's degree in mental health or related field. 

• Experience providing clinical supervision, 2+ years preferred.
