Summary
This position combines direct clinical practice with supervision of a limited number of licensure candidates. As a supervisor, a key role is played in facilitating the clinical growth and professional development of others.

Ideal applicants have experience in couples therapy and can supervise clinicians eager to grow their abilities providing couples therapy.
Compensation

Direct practice: Guaranteed fee-for-service compensation for client sessions.

Supervision and related work: Rate of compensation for supervisory work is based on qualifications, with a greater rate based on experience and ability.

Documentation review: Paid time for reviewing supervisee documentation.

Cash value of PTO: Option to USE accrued PTO as additional compensation by cashing out banked PTO.
This position can work from either the Fort Collins or North Loveland location; additional incentive for working partially or entirely from Loveland location.

Workplace: In office or hybrid
Entirely or primarily in office, with flexibility for 2 remote days per week if desired. All therapists are encouraged to work remotely as needed due to weather, illness, family needs, or other matters.

Core responsibilities: Direct therapy practice
Approx 20 clients per week, flexible based on volume of supervisory work.

Conduct therapy sessions with a caseload based on preferred populations.

Schedule therapy appointments: Intake sessions are scheduled by admin and therapists schedule ongoing sessions according to their desired schedule.

Complete documentation, e.g. progress notes.

Maintain active Colorado professional license.
Core responsibilities: Clinical supervision and related
Approx 5 hours per week, flexible based on group needs.

Conduct individual clinical supervision
-
Facilitate couples-focused group supervision 2-3x per month.

Support the professional needs of assigned supervisee(s) including mentorship in documentation, ethics, and other areas.

Maintain working knowledge of clients treated by supervisee(s).

Review and sign supervisee documentation.

Complete supervisor continuing education in accordance with Colorado regulations (3 hours per renewal cycle).

Model a high level of professionalism, ethical practice, and adherence to state and federal regulations such as HIPAA.

Possess the knowledge, judgment and skill for competent practice in clinical supervision as well as therapy services.

Communicate with consideration, courtesy and responsiveness.

Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
Qualifications

Active Colorado professional license, must be licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Master's degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work.

Minimum 3 years post graduate experience or 3,000 hours.

Preference for experience supervising couples therapy.
