Four Points is a therapist-operated practice emphasizing clinician well being as well as a thoughtful, intentional focus on the entire therapy experience.

We’re passionate about creating pathways for therapists to embrace what drives and motivates them and recognize that this can look different for different therapists. It may mean a supportive space to practice with autonomy, creativity, and a sense of belonging, or assistance to pursue a certification or specialty.

Our ‘people first’ philosophy allows diverse skills, viewpoints, and levels of experience to come together, and therapists are an integral part of the group’s decision-making. Our culture is open, inclusive, and mutually invested. Therapists are encouraged to pursue what clinical excellence means individually, all while supported by a leadership team that recognizes there is always more to uncover and that we are each perpetually learning.
