About Our Group

Four Points is owned and operated by practicing therapists, which we believe makes a difference. We keep relationships front and center and make intentional decisions so that people come first without exception. We also believe therapists can be their best selves when provided with clinical autonomy and administrative support, so we do just that.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct 25 therapy sessions weekly (or more if desired). All therapists work with individual clients; therapists trained in couples and/or family therapy who would like to work with couples/families provide these services as well.

  • Conduct initial assessments with assigned clients.

  • Request additional clients when needed. Therapists monitor their own caseloads and referrals are scheduled with therapists when requested.

  • Manage client scheduling after the intake appointment. Admin staff schedule initial appointments and ongoing appointments are scheduled by therapists, which allows a high level of flexibility and independence.

  • Complete documentation (progress notes) with accuracy and in a timely manner.

  • Consult with co-treating and referring providers for coordination of care.

  • Maintain active professional license.
