Licensed Therapist - Clinical Supervisor
Fort Collins or Loveland

Four Points strives to maintain a robust and comprehensive training program for licensure candidates. Clinical supervisors play a critical role in fostering the development of new clinicians by empowering candidates to grow and refine their skills within a group practice setting.
​
Applicants should have experience providing clinical supervision to licensure candidates in a group setting or similar.
​
Compensation: Fee for service compensation for therapy services plus compensation for supervision and documentation review. Compensation rates vary based on level of experience.

Core responsibilities
-
22 client sessions per week, variable based on supervision hours.
-
Clinical supervision of up to 3 licensure candidates including documentation review.

Conduct initial client assessments and assign diagnoses.

Schedule ongoing sessions after client intake.

Complete clinical documentation.

Ability to practice with skill within one's scope.

Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide professional and clinical mentorship and guidance.

Communicate with courtesy and professionalism.

Adhere to applicable regulatory standards such as HIPAA.

Maintain an active professional license or provisional license.
Qualifications
-
Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

Master's degree in mental health or related field.

Experience providing clinical supervision, 2+ years preferred.
