Overview of responsibilities

Provide clinical services: Assessment, diagnosis, therapy sessions

Hold 25 sessions per week; income increases with sessions held

Complete service documentation, i.e. progress notes

Consult with treating and referring providers as needed

Maintain active professional license

Self-determined schedule after caseload development
-
Client referrals generated by Four Points, therapists do not market for client base
-
Required meetings/training paid at clinical rate
-
Intake paperwork initiated by scheduling staff

Clients assigned based on population preferences

Client payments, claims, all insurance matters, billing, records, and more managed by staff
-
Case consultation groups weekly and biweekly
-
W2 employment model, therapists are not independent contractors
Expectations

Use professional knowledge, training, clinical judgment and skill to provide services while maintaining awareness of scope of practice.

Manage scheduling responsibly by practicing good time management and being responsive to clients and staff.

Convey investment in the well being of others through words, actions and focused attention.

Communicate with courtesy and professionalism, with attention to electronic forms of communication.

Ask for help when needed, which includes needs that may be clinical or administrative.

Requirements

Active Colorado professional license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Master's degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work

Experience in intake assessment and diagnosis or diagnostic impressions
